Flood Prevention
You really can not prevent floods from happening. Floods are caused
by natural causes. If a river, lake, or oceans water level is rising
up, people tend to put sand bags on the shore to block the water
from effecting their town, city, state, country, and world. When a
flood happens get to high places or evacuate the city. Don't be afraid
to ask for help from others, make it a team effort. You can not do
anything by just sitting there, help out and everything will be back to
normal.
