Bermuda Triangle

The Bermuda Triangle: Mysterious, ghostlike, and possibly cursed. That's what many people think...is it? Maybe you'll think so too after reading everything that is on this website.

The Triangle
The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, covers about
1,140,000 square km between the island of Bermuda, the southern Florida coast, and
Puerto Rico. Some planes disappeared outside the area of the Bermuda Triangle.
Nicknames: Devil's Triangle, the Triangle of Death, the Hoodoo Sea,
and the Graveyard of the Atlantic. It has been associated with mysterious maritime disasters.
A number of reports
were made of unexplained disappearances
in the mid-19th century.
Many people think that most of the disappearances
are not abnormal,
and that they have logical explanations.

During the year 1492, shortly before Christopher Columbus sighted land, he and his crew saw a
ball of fire falling into the ocean. His compass was also behaving strangely, and he and a man
on his ship, saw a light over the water; it vanished suddenly. Maybe it was just a shooting star that Christopher saw, maybe he was holding the compass crooked, and maybe it was
just a bright star that shone in the sky and a cloud covered it. What do you think?
