To be a good city, the city's master plan should have residential, commercial, goverment, recreation, power (energy), emergency services, preservation/conservation, private services and public facilties.

Infrastructure is the most important part of a city because it helps plan where something is placed in a city and energy is the main powersource of a city. It will power all kinds of electrical stuff. A few different kinds of power plants are solar, nuclear, wind, or water. Examples of infasrtucture are power lines and placement of different buildings. They would be located along roads.

Public facilities are like parks or pavilions. You can play around with friends or relax or let yourself go and be free. A lot of people go to public facilities for things such as potluck or picnics. It should be by schools or open spaces.

Emergency services are another important need in a city because they help take care of the city. Examples are police, the fire department, or the hospital. Without emergency services, problems like prisoners, fires, or accidents couldn't be taken care of. They should be around every 13 miles.
