How I Worked with Filters
by Noah

Filters are effects in Adobe Photoshop that can make things weird, nice, ugly and make a picture more realistic. You can only do this in Adobe Photoshop. Some of my favorite filters are add noise, glass, lens flare and torn edges

Note: Choose a color before everything and fill. Do this for most of the filters.

Add Noise

  1. If you go to filters then look for Noise
  2. Click on Add Noise
  3. A box will pop up and if you move the bar you can change the look
  4. I recommend this filter should be used as grass

Glass

  1. If you go to filters then look for Distort
  2. Click on glass
  3. A box will pop up--move the bar and then press OK
  4. I recommend this filter should be used for lava or rocks

Lens Flare

  1. If you go to filters then look for Render
  2. Then click the look for lens flare click on it
  3. A box will pop up--make the brightness whatever you want and the press OK
  4. I recommend this filter should be used for stars

Torn Edges

  1. If you go to filters then look for sketch
  2. Click on Torn Edges
  3. A box will pop up
  4. move the bar to the left a little and then press OK
  5. I recommend that this filter should be used for fire
