| Hi. I’m
Susan. I’m 11 years old and in the 5th grade at Woodland Elementary. I am
5’ 4" and have many hobbies. I love to read and sketch. Also, when able, I go to
the locals pool and swim. I am in the diving group as well. In the fall of the 1999-2000
school year, my teacher asked if I would be on the ThinkQuest web page team. I meet with
the four other team members three times a week and we work on the page. We chose the topic
of Newberry awards because we had already started to do some research on the topic. It
took a while but we got the web page started. I learned to work as a team with people even
if I did not like them. I also learned not to give up. Many times I felt like I hardly saw
my friends any more. Through it all though I was determined and stuck to it. My favorite book is... |
