Habitat
Polar bears live only in the Arctic pack ice. When the weather gets warm, the bears move north then return in the winter. Polar bears live in the following seven countries: United States of America, Canada, Siberia, Alaska, Greenland, Norway, & Russia. These strong bears love to swim.
They try to follow seals to live. Then they can hunt them down to eat them.
The temperature inside the mother bear's den might be 40 degrees warmer then the temperature out side. They have thick fur to keep them warm.
During the winter the mother bear does not eat so she can stay with her cubs after they are born.
