My name is Alex and I am in the fifth grade. I am ten years old and I like to play Pokèmon on my Gameboy.

I live about twenty miles away from the beach and that is why I wanted to do ThinkQuest on tidepools. I like dolphins a lot and that is why I like the ocean so much. I like to visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium because they have lots of different creatures from the sea.

My bigger brother has done ThinkQuest twice and has won first place once.

Hello, my name is Graham. I go to Lagunita School. I have been interested in computers for my whole life. That's how I got interested in doing Thinkquest. We were about to do a website on the whole entire ocean, but we decided that it would be too much to do so we decided to just do tidepools instead.

I enjoy playing sports, football and baseball especially. I also like to play game boy and playstation. Alex and Robert are both my friends. All of us like the ocean and ocean life. That's why we chose this subject to do. Hope ya like our website!

My name is Robert. I am in fourth grade. I have brownish black hair with brown eyes.

My teachers' names are Mrs. Madden and Mrs. Q and Mr T is the teacher aide. My school's name is Lagunita School. There are 56 kids in my school. The reason I joined ThinkQuest is I am very good with my hands and it's fun. The last time I was with ThinkQuest we went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

My friends are in ThinkQuest, too. ThinkQuest is about making your own web site. My teacher for ThinkQuest is Mrs. Plunkett. She is kind, nice and thoughtful.

Today we went to the aquarium and to tidepools in Monterey. It was high to mid tide. At the tidepools we saw chitons, limpets, sea urchins, hermit crabs, sculpins, sea anemones, shore crabs, abalone, and scallop. It is recommended that you have a tidepool viewer when you are looking in a tidepool. Our activities page shows you how to make a viewer.We had a lot of fun jumping from rock to rock and we even got splashed by a few waves. We also went to the aquarium. At the aquarium we saw basically all of the animals on our site. After we were about to leave we got a few pretzels and cookies.
