Double Trouble Squared
By Kathryn Lasky

Two telepathic twins, Liberty and July, travel with their father to England. There they sightsee, but in their head they hear a voice. They learn that the voice comes from a ghost, but not an ordinary ghost, a literary ghost. A literary ghost is a character that an author creates, but doesn't use in the final draft. They wander the earth forever, forever unsatisfied. Liberty and July realize that only they can help Shadrach Holmes (the ghost) to be recognized in the Sherlock Holmes mysteries. Shadrach was Sherlock's twin, and Shadrach and Sherlock were also satisfied. Now their are the evil characters who weren't used by Arthur Conan Doyle. But these characters are evil, and might hurt the twins. Will they be able to save the ghosts in need?
