OUR PATCHWORK QUILT PROJECT

As part of our American Heritage project we had other students in the 4th grade at Floresville Elementary help us design and create two amazing patchwork quilts.  We researched the different types of quilt squares and decided to have everyone create squares that used triangles and small squares.  We think we have some amazing pieces of art.  Although it was not easy to create the two quilts we had a great time working on them and we are very proud of our work.  The Wilson County Public Library has invited us to place them on display so the entire community can enjoy them.
