1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. onions, finely chopped
1/2 lb. American cheese, finely grated or
salt and pepper
Mix beef, onions (both uncooked), and cheese.
Sprinkle small amount of lemon juice over mixture.
Taste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Serve on good crisp crackers. Makes 10-12 servings.
