BREAKFAST CASSEROLE SERVES: 6 NOTE: Prepare the night before. INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Spread croutons on bottom of greased baking dish. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over croutons. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in the morning at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE SERVES: 6 INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Boil ziti per package directions, drain. In baking dish, layer ziti, cheese, and butter. Combine milk, egg, and corn starch. Pour mixture over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
TACOS INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Brown ground beef with onion and chili powder, drain off excess fat. Add one can refried beans, simmer on low heat for 15 min. Fill flower tortillas with ground beef filling, fold in half, attach edges together with tooth picks. Pan fry each taco in vegatable oil until light brown on each side. Drain on paper towels. Remove tooth picks. Top with cheese, tomatos, lettuce, and taco sauce. GOULASH SERVES: 8 INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Fry beef in a pan with onions and peppers.Boil pasta and drain.Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
EASY STROGANOFF SERVES: 8 INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Brown beef and onions.Add soup and sour cream-heat through.Serve over noodles. CARIBBEAN PORK CHOPS SERVES: 4 INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Place meat in a plastic bag or shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Remove meat from marinade and grill or broil as desired. Heat marinade and use to baste meat while cooking. NOTE: Serve with warm applesauce. |
