5 x 5
5 X 5 is a word game for 2 or more players that can be played anywhere!
To begin, you first need to create the game grid.
Make a grid that has 6 columns and 6 rows.
Leave the upper left-hand corner blank.
Then fill in the first column of the grid with categories you want, for example [sports, girl’s names, musical instruments, bugs. etc.].
Fill in the first row of the grid with five different letters.
Set a time limit of 1 or 2 minutes.
Fill in as many boxes as you can during the time limit.
When the time is up, stop and compare answers.
Compare your answers for the first row. If someone else has the same answer that you have for a letter, you get zero points.
If no one has the same answer as you, you score one point.
Do the same for the rest of the rows.
When you are finished, add all of your points. The person with the most points wins.
You can do this over and over again with different categories and letters, or use the same categories and letters as before and think of different answers.
