Osiris                Osiris is the god of the dead. Osiris was the first child of Nut and Geb, the brother of Set, Nephthys, and his wife was Isis. By the 18th Dynasty he was probably the most widely worshipped god in Egypt. Osiris was murdered by his brother Set, but through the magic of Isis he was made alive again.
