Rules of Baseball
In professional baseball you are allowed to have three outs in an inning. There are nine innings in a game. (There will be more if you go into extra innings.) After those three outs, the other team gets up. There are nine players on the field at a time, 10 if you count the batter.
The positions are: pitcher, catcher, shortstop, second basemen, third basemen, first basemen, center fielder, left fielder, and right fielder.
The team with the most runs scored at the end of the game wins. If the batter hits the ball over the fence, it's a homerun.
You're allowed to have three strikes when you are up to bat. If you get three strikes on you, you strike out. You are also you are allowed to have four balls. If you get four balls on you, you walk and get to go to first base.
