How To Stay
- In soccer there are many muscles that you need to use. To keep
these very important muscles in shape it's a good idea to work out on your own. Some
exercises are sit-ups or crunches, pushups, etc.
Crunches strengthen your stomach muscles and pushups strengthen your arms. It also may
help to run on a daily basis to keep up your endurance. Have a routine and a schedule, so
that you do your workout every time you plan to.
An example of a good consistent schedule is 100 sit-ups and 50 pushups a day, 5 times a
week. If you find your workout is not hard enough, do more. If you find it is too difficult
for you, then do less.
