The spiritual societies of the Hopi follow laws that are written in ancient tablets.

The Hopi believe that we live in a fourth world and that the first three were destroyed when people began to believe in Technology rather than spirituality.

The Hopi do the bean dance in February and the Water Serpent dance in March, and the Home dance in July.

Kachina are spirits from the dead.

Kachina Take the Shape of plants, birds, animals and some time they take the form of humans.

Most Kachinas are good even though some are strong enforcers of the law.

During Kachina ceremonies Hopi dress up as spirits with masks like Kachina.

During ceremonies the Kachina give dolls that look like the spirits to the children.

Kachina dolls are hung from the roofs of houses so the children can learn about them.

Kachina come and go for the help of the Hopi.

Now new Kachina come to help with modern troubles like unemployment.
