Hello my name is Ben. My job is baking. I’m the baker. I use a paddle and a scale. I use a paddle to take the bread out of the oven. We use the scale to see how much flour we need. I also have a tool to mix the ingredients. The first thing I do is measure the ingredients. The second thing I do is mixing the ingredients. The third thing I do is shape the bread and the last thing I do is baking the bread.
I like to bake because I like the smell of the bread and the taste. I don’t like getting the bread out of the oven because you can get burned. I do not like getting up at 3:00 in the morning to bake bread.
I depend on many people. I depend on the cooper and the potter. They make my tools. I depend on the miller because he grinds flour for me. I have an important job. Everyone relies on me.
