Launch and Reentry

The Space Shuttle has to point straight up facing the sky. The Space shuttle has three main parts: the booster rockets help get the shuttle off the ground, the main fuel tank gets the orbiter off the ground, the orbiter is the only thing that goes into space and collects data. The space shuttle can carry up to 25 tons into space and can bring back 14 tons of cargo. When the space shuttle is entering the atmosphere interference occurs at 4,000 feet.
