HOW THE BULL WAS MADE

Aeneas thought he knew everything about the sky, the planets, and the stars, but most of all the moon. He was always mocking the gods about their father who placed stars and planets in the sky. Zeus heard this and was furious. He went down from Mt. Olympus to find Aeneas and settle this problem. Aeneas said he thought he was better than Father Sky. Zeus could not take it anymore. He decided to make Aeneas into one of the dumbest creatures. He started by turning to him into a to, but this was a different time of cow. To warn all people about making fun of the gods, Zeus took a crescent moon, broke it in half, and stuck it on both sides of the cow's head. He called the creature a bull. This is how the bull came into creation.

 

THE CHAMELEON

One time there was a boy. He was the sneakiest boy alive. He could hid e so well he would seem to become part of the environment. he would jump out and scare people. One time he scared the wrong person. He had scared Zeus! Because of this Zeus changed him into a lizard that changed color according to his surroundings. Now he was always hiding and couldn't be noticed.

 

HOW THE HORSE CAME TO BE

Hermes, the messenger of the gods, often needed help delivering his messages on earth. One time Hermes needed to send a message to the King of Macedonia, The King was going to be murdered. If the messenger made it ti Macedonia in two days, the King could be forewarned so he could live. Hermes asked a beautiful wit long blonde hair to deliver the message as soon as possible. The boy walked to Macedonia, but did not make it in time to save the King's life. It took him three days to get there and the King was already dead. Hermes thought that if the boy had had four legs, he might have made it in half the time and saved the King. "If it's four legs he needs, then it's four legs he should have, " said Hermes. Then he waved caduceus and the boy became a four legged creature that is now called the horse, with a beautiful blonde main and tail.
