Slavery originated before Biblical times. Slavery probably started off as a slave simply helping their masters tend animals and being treated as part of the family with good food and treatment, but as time went on their jobs increased.

In larger cities agriculture became known as a way of profit and slaves were set to work tending crops and livestock. they didn't get paid and that's when slavery probably actually started.

The first African slaves in North America arrived in 1619 in the colony of Virginia. From Virginia slavery spread to the plantations. At the plantations the slaves worked in the fields and in the houses. Some were treated kindly while others were less fortunate.

Slavery spread all around the USA and finally was put away as mean, rude and selfish treatment to other people. Slavery, hopefully, will stay as a thing in the past of our life's and not interfere with our daily life's again.
