Identifying poisonous plants and Animals

 

One place you can find poisonous snakes are cliffs, which is where rattlesnakes usually prefer. Try not to play with them or tease them.

Poison ivy looks like a vine or scrub in the cashew family. It usually grows as a vine twining around tree trunks or over the ground. The leaves of this plant have three points. The middle one is much longer than the other two. The leaflet edges can be smooth or toothed.

A poisonous bush that causes skin irritation is the Croton Bush. It has colorful leaves and is kind of tall.

Identifying poisonous snakes:

 When identifying a very handy tool for remembering snakes is, red on yellow, kill a fellow. Red on black, venom lack.

One kind of Cobra snake probably will live close, but it probably matters where you are camping. Or they may be in the water.

Identifying poisonous lizards:

There almost always are only two kinds of poisonous lizards. Those are the Gila Monster and the Mexican Beaded Lizard. These two kinds of lizards van reach the lengths of three meters and they both can weigh over 115 kilograms. Try not to capture this lizard because it might get very angry.
