Ty Cobb- played 24 seasons (1905-1928) in the major leagued winning the American League batting championship a dozen times in route to his .367 lifetime battimg average and also a fierce base runner. He was 4th in the All Time Double List and 2nd in the Hitting List.
Babe Ruth- the greatest New York Yankee of the 1920s-1930s and the most famous baseball player in history. He was an outstanding pitcher before an outfielder and was the 1st baseball player to earn more than $1 million during his career.
Joe DiMaggio- who is regarded as one the most graceful outfielders ever to play baseball, led the New York Yankees to 10 American League Championship in his 13 seasons. Set one of the sport's most durable records in 1941, hitting safety in 56 consecutive games.
Willie Mays- his unorthodox "basket" catches and a powerful throwing arm made one of baseball's finest defensive outfielder.
Jackie Robinson- a daring base runner, slides safety into home plate. Robinson made his debut with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947, becoming the 1st player in Modern League baseball that was an African American.
