The landscape of this region is very mountainous. It also has many rivers and streams. The soil in this region is a mixture of limestone and sand. The most prominent feature in this region is the Lookout Mountain and the Sand Mountain. There is also a canyon called Cloud Canyon. The soil is a clay kind of soil. The elevation of the mountains base are 200 to 300 feet above sea level. And areas between the the mountains marks the beginning of the Appalachian trail. This region also has a wide choice of rock like ingenous, and sedimentary rock.Some example of those rocks are limestone and clay rocks.
