| Welcome to an influential era of the 20th century. We have developed this website for a competition known as "Thinkquest USA", we chose to go with the theme of the 60s. becuase it was a turbulent time for America and an important part of the 20th century. Throughout the 1960s many events happened that would alter the course of the century & forever change future generations. Event of the 60s include the advent of personal computers, the assassanation of President Kennedy, the British Invasion, & many others.
