Town Planner 

 

Town Planners are involved in many different planning tasks.   They design towns, industrial areas, business areas and holiday resorts.  They also develop plans, give advice on property development, and do much more. Regional and town planners have to identify the available resources and the likely growth of each region economists.  In metropolitan development, town and regional planners study alternative settlement patterns to improve the living conditions for the people.  Town and regional planners also act in other important ways with other professional groups.  Some of these groups are architects, engineers, and sociologists.  Town Planner are not only involved in the design, they also do other things.  They do administration, management and legal aspects of development.  Town and Regional Planners do a whole lot of work!
