Baka

The largest tribe in the African rain forest is the Baka. The Baka are foraging for food and shelter every day. The Baka use animals for food, utensils and it is forbidden to eat food that they have killed themselves. The Baka climb trees that are over 100 feet tall to smoke out bees with burning leaves to gather the honey. Most of the honey is eaten before it is brought back to the tribe.

Negrito

The Negrito live in the regions of Malaysia in the southeastern Asia. The tribe has approximately 60 people who search for food. The tribe may not move around freely with the fact that they have their own territory of twenty square miles. When the Negrito hunt for animals they use poisoned arrows. They sleep in caves and big hollow trees.

Senoi

The Senoi are people who don't hunt or gather food. They cut and burn a small patch of trees and use the ashes are used to fertile the ground. Eventually, heavy rains come and wash away the nutrients from the soil. After planting crops for over 2 to 3 years the Senoi are forced to move and cut and burn another part of land.
