| Shrimp Scampi
You need : About 1/2 to 3/4 lb. of Northern King Uncooked P&D Shrimp,4.9 oz. Northern Chef Scampi Style Cooking Sauce and Marinade, 5 oz. pasta or rice, 1 sliced lemon sprig of parsley. Directions Marinate shrimp and sauce for at least 1 hour. Pre-heat saute pan over medium heat, then add shrimp and sauce. Cook about 1-3 minutes on each side. Shrimp is done when opaque and firm. Serve over hot pasta or rice that has been prepared as directed on package. Garnish with lemon and sprigs of parsley. Serves 2-3. When ordering sauce and shrimp directly from the deli counter as part of the "Marinade-To-Order" program, simply use about 8 oz. of sauce to 1 lb. of shrimp, then adjust the other ingredients accordingly. |
