The Yeti is a legendary ape like beast that is said to live in the Himalayan mountains.  A lot of sightings of it have been reported, usually by people at a high altitude, but photos are rare, although they have plenty of it's footprints in the snow. The Himalayan mountains lower region reaches vast  forests with vast vegetation, so a small group of Yetis could remain hidden from human beings.

              Another sighting in 1975, a girl was out watching the families yaks and decides to take a short rest.  Unaware she listens to something big in the brush.  She looks inside the brush in concern.  Maybe the noise is a bear or tiger.  Unexpectedly the beast bursts out in the open.  The girl can't believe her eyes.  Right in front of her is a Yeti!  Suddenly the Yeti lets out a harsh howl.  It ignores the girl and goes after the Yaks .  It seems to be going for a single tiny calf.  As she runs she looks over her shoulder and sees it following the calf and the rest of the herd.
