JELLYFISH

Ingredients:

  1.1lb of shredded jellyfish
  2.3tsp of chopped scallion
  3.3tsp of salt
  4.4tsp of sesame oil

Steps:

  1.Put the jellyfish in the cold water and often change the water
  2.After about 10 hours, use hot tap water to rinse it
  3.Put it back to the cold water for two hours
  4.Take it out and let it dry for 30 minutes
  5.Put sesame oil into a pan and warm it
  6.Drop scallion into the warm oil and add salt
  7.Add jellyfish and mix it with oil and salt
  8.Ready to serve
 
 



CHINESE CABBAGE

Ingredients:

  1.1lb Chinese cabbage
  2.4tsp of cooking oil
  3.2tsp of salt
  4.1/3 cup of water

Steps:

  1.Heat the oil in a pan
  2.Put the cabbage in the pan
  3.Add water and salt
  4.Frequently stir for 3 minutes
  5.Ready to serve
