HOMEMADE CHINESE DISHES

(IDA's FAVORITE RECIPES)

Chinese food, one of the most famous and delicious cooking in the world has a long and rich history. Today people around the world are enjoying this unique style of cooking with great interest. Here are a few dishes that I’d like to share with you so that you can enjoy them as well.
 

FRIED BOILED PORK

   Ingredients:

  1.11/2 lb pork
  2.½ cup of soy sauce
  3.4tsp of sugar
  4.4 slices of ginger
  5.4tsp of cooking wine
  6.3 cups of cooking oil
  7.1 cup of water

Steps:

  1.Cut the pork into ½ inch slices
  2.Boil the pork with ginger and wine for about 40 minutes
  3.Take the pork out and let it dry for 10 minutes
  4.Heat the oil in a pan
  5.Put one slice at a time into the hot oil for one minute each
  6.When all the slices are done, discard the oil
  7.Put all the slices back to the pan and add soy sauce, sugar and water
  8.After 30 minutes it will be ready to serve.
 
 



ROASTED TURKEY

Ingredients:

  1.¼ of a turkey
  2.1 cup of soy sauce
  3.3tsp of salt
  4.6tsp of sugar
  5.4tsp of cooking wine

Steps:

  1.Marinade the turkey in soy sauce, salt, sugar and cooking wine for 4 hours
  2.Roast it in the oven with 350 degrees for 1 hour
  3.Cut it into small pieces
  4.Ready to serve
