How to make Tres Leches


My name is Roger. I have a sweet dessert from Latin America; it is called Tres Leches Dessert. I personally love it I hope that you will too. This is how you make it.
Ingredients:
1. 9 eggs
2. 1 cup of sugar
3. 1 cup of flour
4. 1 teaspoon of baking powder
5. 1 stick of butter
6. 1 pinch of salt
7. 1 pint of heavy cream
8. 1 can of condensed milk.
9. 1 can of evaporated milk
10. 1 quarter (1/4) cup of rum
11. 2 teaspoons of vanilla
Tools:
3 bowls
Cake mold
Beat 6 egg whites until fluffy, add 6 yolks, the sugar, the flour, baking powder, melted butter and salt. Place mixture into a cake mold. Bake cake at 350o F for 30 minutes and let it cool. With a fork pierce the cake gently all over. Mix condensed and evaporated milks with the heavy cream, 3 yolks, rum and vanilla. Pour mixture all over cake.

For frosting: beat 3 egg whites and add refined sugar
until creamy. Decorate, refrigerate and enjoy. Serve cold
