Recipe for Roti

 Roti is a type of bread, very common in the Caribbean area.

You will need

A bowl
A rolling pin
A non-stick frying pan

Ingredients

1. 2 cups of flour
2. 1 tablespoon of baking powder
3. 1 tablespoon butter

Procedure

1. mix ingredients in the bowl
2. add water until mixture becomes dough
3. break dough into 6 pieces
4. heat the non-stick frying pan over a medium fire
5. flatten dough with a rolling pin until 1/4 of thickness
6. place rolled-out dough on a hot frying pan
7. turn over dough after 1 minute
8. Place on a plate and heat in a microwave for another 1/2 minute.
9. Serve hot and enjoy
