Recipe for Egg Soup from China
This is a recipe for egg soup, a type of Chinese food.
You will need
1 egg
one bowl of cold water
4 teaspoons or more of soy sauce
a pot to cook in
Chopsticks, spoons or a fork
Procedure
1.Crack the egg into a bowl.
2. Use a pair of chopsticks to turn (whirl the egg until
itís all light yellow and paste like).
3.Pour the water into the pot and boil for 5 minutes.
4.Add the egg into the pot.
5.After one minute pour in the 4 tsp. of soysauce. A
little more doesnít matter.
6.Enjoy! You could also use a half can of chicken broth.
