Recipe for Pascha from Russia

Pascha is a Russian Easter dessert.

You will need

15 oz of Farmers cheese
1/4 lb. of unsalted butter
3/4 c. of heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. of sugar
2 egg yolks
Seedless Raisins

Steps

Soften farmer's cheese and butter. Combine cheese, butter, sugar and egg yolks with a mixer. Whip cream and add to other ingredients. Whip until fluffy. Fold in raisins or decorate.
