Chinese Style Toast

 Chinese style toast is not widely known because my mother is one of the only ones to know how to make this excellent dish. Chinese style toast includes vegetable and meat. It may sound disgusting but it really is tasty.

You will need

10 slices of bread (depending on how many people you are serving)
half pound of ground pork meat
one fourth pound of peas
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of starch
1 egg

How to make

1) Crack and beat the egg (s).
2) Mix all the ingredients except the bread.
3) Spread the mix on one side of all the slices of bread.
4) Get out a frying pan.
5) Heat the frying pan.
6) Put the slices of bread face down on the frying pan.
7) Flip the slices of bread every half minute until the bead looks crispy.
8) Turn off the heat.
9) Ready to serve
