This is a recipe for tomatoes and eggs that I love to eat.
You will need
4-5 eggs
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 pound of tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoons of vegetable oil
Directions
First, crack the eggs and mix the egg white and yolk.
Next, heat the pan until it is dry.
After that, pour two teaspoons of vegetable oil into
the pan.
Heat the oil until it is hot.
Then, pour the egg into the pan. Add 1/8 of teaspoon
salt. Stir fry until the egg is solid.
Put the egg into a bowl.
Then pour 1 teaspoon of oil into the pan. Heat the oil
a little.
Add the tomatoes, sugar, and leftover salt to the oil
in the pan.
Then, stir- fry for 1 minute. After that cover the pan
for 1 minute.
Put the eggs back into the pan and mix the eggs
and tomatoes.
Finally, put the eggs and tomatoes into the bowl
and enjoy!
