My great aunt is from Italy. She makes the best stuffed artichokes!
This is what you need: a large sauce pot, large mixing bowl, 6 artichokes, 1 cup of fresh parsley (diced), 4-5 cloves of garlic (diced), 1 cup of grated cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, olive oil and 4 cups of bread crumbs
First
clean and trim artichokes. (set aside) Then mix bread crumbs with parsley,
garlic, grated cheese and black pepper in large mixing bowl. Next stretch
and pull open artichokes. Fill with bread crumb mix. Then put two inches
of water in large sauce pot. Place the artichokes in pot with water.
