Ceviche

Hi! My name Diana Olivos and here I have a recipe from Peru. It is named Ceviche. It's seafood, so if your fan of seafood this is your dish!

Ceviche is a Peruvian dish

Ingredients

1 lb of fillet white fish
5 lemons squeezed into juice
A pinch of pepper, garlic and salt
1 celery stick
1 lettuce
2 ears of Corn
2 Sweet potatoes

Steps to make Ceviche

Wash the fish and cut into pieces (about two inch squares).
Place the condiments on fish (pepper, garlic and salt).
Put the lemon juice on the fish. Leave it for one hour to marinate.
You serve it on a bed of lettuce with the sweet potatoes and the corn on the side.
Your ready to eat and enjoy the Ceviche!
