Recipe Fried Plantains
Hi. I am Alexander.
My grandmother comes from Colombia. This is one of her recipes.
Ingredients
1 or 2 ripe plantains
Corn or olive oil
Salt or sugar (optional)

Directions
Slice ripe plantains into bite
sized pieces.
Fry in corn or olive oil
for about five minutes or until top, bottom and sides are a deep shade
of brown.
Sprinkle on sugar or salt
if you wish.
Tip
Salted plantains taste best
if they are unripe.
