II. ASSORTED VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
1. 1 carrot
2. 1 green pepper
3. 2 oz of bean sprouts
4. 4 dried bean curds
5. 4 tsp. of cooking oil
6. 2 tsp. of salt
7. 1/2 cup of water

Steps:
1. Cut the ingredients carrot, pepper, and bean curds into shreds
2. Heat the oil in a pan
3. Add the shreds and a little water
4. After cooking for 5 minutes, add salt
5. Ready to serve
