XVI. Tomatoes and Eggs

Ingredients:
    1. 4-5 eggs
    2. 1 teaspoon of sugar
    3. 1 pound of tomatoes
    4. 2 teaspoons of salt
    5. 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil

Steps:

1. Crack eggs and mix egg white and yolk.
2. Heat wok until dry.
3. Pour into wok 2 teaspoons of oil.
4. Heat oil until hot.
5. Pour in egg. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt. Stir fry until egg solidifies.
6. Put egg into a bowl.
7. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil into the wok. Heat the oil a little.
8. Add tomatoes, sugar, and leftover salt.
9. Stir fry for 1 minute. Cover wok for 1 minute.
10. Mix eggs and tomatoes.
11. Put eggs and tomatoes into a bowl.
12. Enjoy.
