XII. STEWED DUCK

Ingredients:
1. 1/2 duck
2. 3/4 cup of soy sauce
3. 2 tsp. of salt
4. 6 tsp. of sugar
5. a few slices of ginger
6. 1/4 cup of cooking wine
7. 1 cup of water

Steps:
1. Boil the duck for 10 minutes with ginger and wine.
2. Take it out and let it fry for 10 minutes
3. Put the duck into a pan and cook for 20 minutes with water, soy sauce, salt, and sugar
4. Cook until the sauce is almost dry and sticky
5. Let it cool for 30 minutes and then cut it into small pieces
6. Ready to serve
