XIII. PICKLED CABBAGE  WITH PORK SHREDS

Ingredients:
1. 1lb Chinese cabbage
2. 4lb pork shreds
3. 5 tsp. of salt
4. 3 tsp. of cooking oil
5. 3 tsp. of corn starch
6. 2 tsp. of cooking wine

Steps:
1. Pickle the cabbage with salt for 30 minutes
2. Wash some of the salt away
3. Mix the pork shreds with wine and starch
4. Heat the oil
5. Put the pork shreds into hot oil and stir for 1 minute
6. Add the pickled cabbage and cook for 3 minutes
7. Ready to serve
