VII. JELLYFISH
Ingredients:
1. 1lb of shredded jellyfish
2. 3 tsp. of chopped scallion
3. 3 tsp. of salt
4. 4 tsp. of sesame oil

Steps:
1. Put the jellyfish in cold water and change the water often
2. After about 10 hours, use hot tap water to rinse it
3. Put it back into the cold water for two hours
4. Take it out and let it dry for 30 minutes
5. Put sesame oil into a pan and warm it
6. Drop scallion into the warm oil and add salt
7. Add jellyfish and mix it with oil and salt
8. Ready to serve
