Steps: 1. Cut each tofu piece into
4 smaller pieces 2. Fry a few pieces at a
time until the color is changed to golden 3. Mix soy sauce, sugar,
and garlic 4. Pour the sauce mixture
on the fried tofu 5. Ready to serve
