III. Fried Boiled Pork
1. 1/2 lb pork
2. 1/2 cup of soy sauce

3. 4 tsp. of sugar
4. 4 slices of ginger
5. 4 tsp. of cooking wine
6. 3 cups of cooking oil
7. 1 cup of water

Steps:
1. Cut the pork into 1 inch slices
2. Boil the pork with ginger and wine for about 40 minutes
3. Take the pork out and let it dry for 10 minutes
4. Heat the oil in a pan
5. Put one slice at a time into the hot oil for one minute each
6. When all the slices are done, discard the oil
7. Put all the slices back to the pan and add soy sauce, sugar, and water
8. After 30 minutes it will be ready to serve
