VIII. CHINESE CABBAGE
Ingredients:
1. 1lb Chinese cabbage
2. 4 tsp. of cooking oil
3. 2 tsp. of salt
4. 1/3  cup of water

Steps:
1. Heat the oil in a pan
2. Put the cabbage in the pan
3. Add water and salt
4. Frequently stir for 3 minutes
5. Ready to serve
