Overview: A person working in Human Resources searches for people to join their company.  They set interviews to help them accomplish this.  They make sure the new applicants have they right requirements for the job.  They also train the new people in some companies.  They sometimes answer questions for them to help them adjust to the job.
Schooling: For entry level jobs employees usually need a college degree. Strong background in Human Resources, business, technical or liberal arts subjects are preferred.
