Dried Fruit Salad


You will need a measuring cup, a sieve, a large serving bowl, and a wooden spoon.

Ingredients:

1 cup dried apricots

1/2 cup dried prunes

1/2 cup dried figs

1/4 cup raisins

1/3 cup clear honey

1 Tablespoon rose water

Tap water

You can also add your favorite fruits and nuts to your dry fruit salad.

1. Put the dry fruits into a sieve. Wash them in cold water. Then drain them.

2. Put the fruits into the large serving bowl. Stir the honey and rose water in.

3. Add cold water until the fruit is covered. Leave the fruit to soak for about 48 hours.

4. Stir the mixture and then serve.
