Bread


Ingredients:

3 and 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

2 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

1. Put the flour and salt into a very large bowl. Add the water slowly while mixing well.

2. Knead the dough on a floured surface. Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.

3. Divide the dough into four pieces. Shape each piece into a round disk.

4. Put the dough on a greased cookie sheet and place a cloth on it over night.

5. The next day, bake the dough for thirty minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until golden brown.
